Lead trial counsel Don Blevins helped his credit union client to a jury verdict of $5 million against its bond holder for wrongly denying coverage under the credit union bond.  The jury’s verdict, affirmed on appeal, ultimately grew to more than $7 million with the addition of penalty interest.  It was reported to be the year’s sixth largest verdict awarded in the State of Michigan.   For more information, see this Michigan Lawyers Weekly news report.
